When lockdown started I decided I wanted to create a publication that documented creatives work that was going to be made over the next coming months. I curated a range of work from poems and illustrations to fine art and photography. Nineteen features nineteen creatives that have responded to or documented their observations, feelings and experiences inspired by Covid-19.
For this project I curated the work included within the zine as well as directed and designed the look and feel of it. I kept an excel sheet to keep a track of the submissions and what text had been edited etc. I used my communication skills to approach creatives, chase them up and kept a good relationship with them throughout the process. In addition to the design I wrote questions for the interviews, researched printers for the right quote and quality.
